Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and technical support of critical care and ICU medical equipment across Egypt’s university, military, private, and Ministry of Health hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and preventive maintenance for ICU and critical care equipment, including ventilators, patient monitors, defibrillators, and related life-support systems

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software-related faults

• Ensure accurate documentation of all service activities, including maintenance reports, service logs, and spare parts usage

• Provide technical training and ongoing support to hospital biomedical engineers, ICU staff, and end users

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience servicing ICU and critical care medical equipment

• Strong understanding of medical device electronics, mechanics, sensors, and embedded software systems

• Proven ability to diagnose system-level faults and perform repairs under time-critical conditions

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic

• Willing to travel frequently across Egypt 

• Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working independently in field conditions
