Marketing & Content Lead

We’re seeking a hands‑on, creative Marketing & Content Lead to grow our online presence, create compelling visual content, and support internal culture-building initiatives. You’ll work across social media, design, photography, video, and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and publish posts across all GESCA social media pages

Grow follower count and engage with comments, messages, and relevant accounts

Share job openings and event updates in a timely, branded format

Design graphics, brochures, and short videos using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools

Capture high-quality photos and videos at events, installations, and team activities

Optimize website pages, job listings, and digital content for search engines (basic SEO best practices)

Organize internal activities and serve as a point of contact for team bonding and job-related communications
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field

Proven experience in social media marketing and content strategy

Strong visual design abilities with strong skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools

Professional photography/videography and editing skills (portfolio preferred)

Familiarity with basic SEO practices (keywords, page structure, meta descriptions) is a plus

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
