Imaging Line Manager
📍 Location: Cairo
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
Responsible for leading GESCA’s nationwide sales strategy for Ziehm C-arms and other imaging solutions, managing key accounts across Egypt’s university, military, private and Ministry of Health hospitals, while directly overseeing the performance and development of the imaging sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor the imaging sales team; set performance targets and monitor field execution across all regions

Make daily field visits to radiology, OR and cath-lab departments; demonstrate Ziehm C-arms and close purchase orders
-
Lead key account strategy and high-value deal negotiations with major hospitals and purchasing bodies
-
Support team members in field visits to radiology, OR, and cath-lab departments; participate in high-impact demonstrations and closings
-
Oversee full sales cycle activities: quotations, contracts, order tracking, and after-sales follow-up
-
Review and finalize technical & commercial files for Unified Procurement Authority tenders
-
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to align sales efforts with product availability and service planning

Conduct internal coaching sessions and ensure team participation in relevant local & international trainings

Report sales performance, pipeline status, and team progress in weekly leadership meetings.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical or Electrical Engineering
-
Minimum 7 years’ experience selling imaging equipment (C-arms, X-ray, CT, or similar), with at least 2 years in a leadership or team coordination role
-
Fluent written & spoken English and Arabic
-
Proven track record in sales performance, team leadership, and client relationship management
-
Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills; willing to travel nationwide


Human Resources Generalist
📍 Location: Cairo
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
Responsible for managing GESCA’s end-to-end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee support processes, while also contributing to the company’s marketing and social media presence within Egypt’s medical device sector.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Create and publish clear, professional job advertisements for all open positions across appropriate platforms
-
Proactively source and reach out to qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
-
Maintain accurate and organized records of all applications, candidate profiles, interview notes, and hiring decisions
-
Schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders and take structured notes
-
Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview outcomes, job offers, rejections, and next steps
-
Manage onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, training plans, and scheduled check-ins during probation periods
-
Support GESCA’s marketing efforts by creating recruitment material

Conduct scheduled employee performance evaluations in line with defined review cycles and performance frameworks

Conduct regular check-ins with employees to support engagement, clarify expectations, and escalate issues when necessary

Codify all company policies and ensure adequate communication with employees
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

ICU Maintenance Biomedical Engineer
📍 Location: Cairo
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and technical support of critical care and ICU medical equipment across Egypt’s university, military, private, and Ministry of Health hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation and preventive maintenance for ICU and critical care equipment, including ventilators, patient monitors, defibrillators, and related life-support systems
-
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software-related faults
-
Ensure accurate documentation of all service activities, including maintenance reports, service logs, and spare parts usage
-
Provide technical training and ongoing support to hospital biomedical engineers, ICU staff, and end users
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience servicing ICU and critical care medical equipment

Strong understanding of medical device electronics, mechanics, sensors, and embedded software systems

Imaging Maintenance Biomedical Engineer

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and technical support of medical imaging systems across Egypt’s university, military, private, and Ministry of Health hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation and preventive maintenance for C-arm imaging systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and imaging-related faults; conduct on-site and remote repairs to minimize equipment downtime

Handle corrective and preventive maintenance schedules and ensure proper documentation of all service activities

Provide technical training and support to hospital biomedical teams and end users
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience servicing medical imaging systems (C-arm equipment preferred)

Endoscopy Sales Senior Product Specialist

Responsible for driving sales of Richard Wolf endoscopy products across Egypt’s university, military, private and Ministry of Health hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
