We are looking for a highly capable Tech Support & Administrative Specialist who can solve complex technical issues while keeping daily business operations running smoothly. This role combines hands-on technical troubleshooting with administrative coordination to support company systems, communications, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the organization’s systems and tools

Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support business operations

Maintain and update the company’s website and social media profiles

Prepare price quotation documents quickly and accurately

Ensure documentation, communications, and digital content remain organized and up to date
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 2 years experience in tech support

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Ability to manage both technical and administrative tasks efficiently

Comfortable working with websites and social media platforms
